Green Palm Homes provides professionally 6-star energy rating homes. We use FirstRate5 program to issue the thermal energy rating certificate. We are a member of Design Matter in Victoria.
Green Palm Homes supplies energy assessment reports and continues to grow with experience to be able to assess all type of residential buildings. We have a strong understanding and background knowledge in Architecture and building construction. We also have strong knowledge in marketing, where we provide you an understanding of which materials is best for your homes at cheapest cost.
NatHERS Accredited
NatHERS Accredited Assessors are professionally recognised energy assessors who are qualified in conduction house energy ratings using NatHERS Accredited Software. They follow an Assessor code of practice and are provided ongoing support and guidance to ensure they provide high standards of quality and service delivery

We use First Rate5 residential thermal performance assessment software. It is used by the majority of the industry to rate the energy efficiency compliance of residential dwellings to the 6 Star Standard under the National Construction Code of Australia (NCC) The Standard applies to all new homes and major renovations and extensions
RESIDENTIAL ENERGY RATING ASSESSMENT
ALL NEW HOMES, EXTENSIONS, RENOVATIONS AND ADDITIONS ARE REQUIRED TO MEET A MINIMUM ENERGY RATING ASSESSMENT.
Our assessors will provide you with home energy ratings using FirstRate5 software to assess the potential thermal comfort of your home. The assessment will achieve start rating that include the R value insulation for the ceiling, walls and glazing.
